People & Culture Special Projects Analyst

Turner Staffing Group is seeking a People & Culture Special Projects Analyst to support a 6+ month client engagement in Tempe, Arizona. This role opened due to an internal transfer and offers the opportunity to join a small, collaborative team driving initiatives focused on employee engagement, inclusion, and belonging, and organizational culture strategy.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Hybrid schedule: Minimum 2 days per week onsite

    • Tuesdays are the primary in-office day, with flexibility on the second day

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Location: Tempe, AZ

Position Summary

The People & Culture Special Projects Analyst supports the coordination, research, and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with People & Culture priorities. This role works both independently and collaboratively to research, prepare reports, develop business cases, and create presentations that support employee engagement, culture evolution, and belonging initiatives.

The position requires strong analytical thinking, the ability to synthesize information clearly, and the confidence to support multiple initiatives simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and support special projects that advance evolving cultural expectations, employee engagement, and deep belonging initiatives

  • Support implementation of actions stemming from culture assessments, employee engagement surveys, and other evaluations

  • Research, analyze, and prepare reports that translate data into actionable insights

  • Draft business cases, recommendations, and presentation decks for leadership

  • Partner with HR and People & Culture teams to update internal resources and strategy documentation

  • Provide project support to team members leading internal initiatives such as Employee Resource Groups, Belonging Ambassadors, Action Champions, and Culture Change Accelerator teams

  • Support corporate-wide learning initiatives aligned with People & Culture strategy

  • Coordinate and support People & Culture events, convenings, and strategic rollouts

  • Identify connections across multiple initiatives and surface dependencies, overlaps, and opportunities

Experience

  • 0–2+ years of related professional experience required

  • Early-career candidates encouraged to apply

  • HR experience is a plus, but not required

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution preferred
