Turner Staffing Group and Turner Mining Group Appoint Dawn Kachel as Chief Marketing Officer

Bloomington, IN – Turner Staffing Group and Turner Mining Group announced today that Dawn Kachel has joined the organizations as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Kachel will work directly with Keaton Turner and Thomas Haun to define and execute marketing direction across both organizations.

Kachel brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and business development, with deep roots in the construction and heavy civil industries. Most recently, she served as Founder and Strategic Consultant at her own marketing firm, where she partnered with growth-stage construction companies to build brands, align teams, and create marketing systems that drive measurable results. Prior to that, she served as Director of Marketing at Journey Group Companies, leading marketing and business development strategy across a portfolio of operating entities.

At Turner, Kachel will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand standards across Turner Mining Group and Turner Staffing Group, elevating the company’s voice and thought leadership across all channels. Her scope will span content strategy, digital presence, internal culture communications, recruitment marketing, and business development support. She will also lead efforts to align marketing and storytelling with Turner’s continued growth across North America.
