Administrative Assistant

Turner Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Maintenance Business Assistant for a 90-day temporary assignment supporting operations at our client’s Goldrush mine site. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting essential field operations, and have strong administrative and data entry skills, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a critical phase of maintenance activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm and manage daily time entry for maintenance crews
  • Perform data entry for completed Work Orders in SAP
  • Organize, scan, and upload documentation into SAP
  • Create new Work Orders and follow up on existing ones
  • Track Operator Card Pre-Op information using Excel
  • Order and manage office supplies as needed
  • Assemble and print weekly maintenance packets (Mobile, Fixed, and Electrical teams)
  • Take meeting notes and distribute summaries
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or office coordination (experience in mining or maintenance settings is a plus)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar work management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism
