Construction Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team for a short-term construction project in Valparaiso, IN. This role will assist with various tasks on the job site and support the team to ensure the project runs smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction site duties including cleanup, material handling, and equipment moving

• Assist skilled tradespeople as needed

• Load and unload materials and tools

• Operate basic hand and power tools

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards to the supervisor

• Other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
