HR Administrative Support

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Support professional to assist with the management of leave of absence. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines efficiently. Part-time or Full-time schedules are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administering leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (including HIPAA).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for leave of absence cases.
  • Coordinate communication between employees, management, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide general HR support as needed, including data entry and reporting.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives within the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, particularly in leave of absence or HIPAA-related functions, is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day (Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM)
  • Part-Time: 3 days a week, 8 hours per day (Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM)
