HR Administrative Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Support professional to assist with leave of absence management. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines efficiently. Part-time or Full-time schedules available.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (including HIPAA).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for leave of absence cases.
  • Coordinate communication between employees, management, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide general HR support as needed, including data entry and reporting.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives within the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, particularly in leave of absence or HIPAA-related functions, is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day (Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM)
  • Part-Time: 3 days a week, 8 hours per day (Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM)
