Program Description
Turner Staffing Group ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with job candidates regarding:
- Onboarding and new-hire paperwork reminders
- Interview scheduling and reminders
- Application and hiring status updates
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Turner Staffing Group at the mobile number provided, sent via automated technology.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Turner Staffing Group by submitting your mobile phone number through our job application form and checking the SMS consent box.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (e.g., active job applications, scheduled interviews, active assignments). You may receive up to 4 messages per week.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Turner Staffing Group is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. If you would like to rejoin, you may sign up again as described above.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Turner Staffing Group does not guarantee message delivery time or that messages will be received at all.

Participating carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We respect your privacy. Information collected through this SMS program is used solely for the purposes described above and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Changes to These Terms
Turner Staffing Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the SMS program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
