Production Operator – Limestone Plant

📍 Crawford, TX

We are hiring a Production Operator to oversee plant operations, monitor equipment, and support production in a limestone facility.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate plant equipment and material flow
• Troubleshoot production and mechanical issues
• Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and basic maintenance
• Take product samples and support quality control processes
• Track inventory and ensure proper material handling
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and outdoor conditions
• Basic computer and math skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 65 lbs
• Work at heights, confined spaces, and extreme weather

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing, mining, or industrial environments
• Familiarity with SAP or plant systems
